We are a remote tax office serving all 50 states with offices in Arizona and Washington.
We've been in the tax and bookkeeping business since 2010 and have served both business clients (Partnerships, SCorps, Non-Profits and Sole Proprietors) and individuals with a variety of situations from rentals and AirBnB's to stocks and RSU's to home sales, multi-state, gig work, and digital currency.
Our tax service includes audit protection with every return at no extra cost to you. Our paid offerings consist of 1) paying for your tax prep fee out of your refund, and 2) refund loans to get your money faster - all subject to approval.
Since the pandemic, our clients have embraced and mastered uploading documents to our secure portal, reviewing and signing documents online, and getting their questions answered via zoom, phone, or our portal from the comfort of their homes.
It all started when my youngest child joined the local synchronized swimming team, and I volunteered to be the Treasurer of the Club. Soon the bigger regional club needed a Treasurer, and also needed help reinstating their 501c3 status after failing to file 3 years of tax returns. I stepped in without ever having filed a nonprofit return - one of the most extensive returns out there. I restored their exempt status, filed the returns, and kept them in compliance. Legal and financial matters can be daunting and scary to the point where it feels easier to ignore than to deal with it. Trust me, the longer you ignore it, the bigger the problem gets.
